Delivery Details

We offer two global shipping options: DHL and Economy Shipping via HayPost. Whether you purchase one item or our entire inventory, the delivery charge remains the same. There are no minimum or maximum limits, and no product exclusions. To find the cost of shipping to your country, please see the detailed information here.

Our company, BENU LLC, based in Yerevan, Armenia, ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed and shipped 1-4 business days after placement.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email with your DHL or HayPost tracking number. You can also sign in to your profile to check your order status and find the tracking number there.

With your Shipment Notification in hand, you’ll be able to track the journey of your order on the DHL or HayPost website, where you’ll find an estimated delivery date. Typically, orders via DHL arrive within 3-7 business days, and for HayPost, it may take from 20 to 60 days. Please note that delivery times can vary, especially if you’re in a location that requires extended customs clearance procedures.

Customs policies

Please note that orders shipped outside the Republic of Armenia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Import taxes and additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we regret that we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

RETURN

If your product is defective, we’re here to make things right! Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

For non-defective products that didn’t meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Note that only regular priced items are eligible for return; sale items are final sale unless defective.

Our return address is: Bldg. 20/19, Proshyan 1st Lane, Yerevan 0019, Armenia. We recommend emailing us at [email protected] before returning your item. For the return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we unfortunately cannot guarantee receipt of your item.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will contact you within 5 business days to confirm the status of your return. If accepted, we will process your refund. Please note, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless you paid it yourselves directly to the delivery company), along with any initial shipping costs. The shipping costs will be calculated based on the actual costs, i.e without our covering of 50% that we offer to customers upon placing an order.

REFUND

You can request canceling your order and receiving a full refund at any time before shipping by contacting us at [email protected]. If you decide to cancel your order after it has already been shipped, you can still do so, but please be aware that the costs of shipping both ways – to your country and back to us – will be deducted from your refund.

If you’d like to return a non-defective product because it’s not quite right for you, the refund will be processed one business day after we have approved the item for return. Please refer to the ‘RETURN’ section of this page for more detailed information.

Once the refund is issued, you’ll receive an email confirmation. The funds will then be automatically applied back to your credit card or the original method of payment, typically within a timeframe ranging from 2 hours to 3 days, depending on your bank’s processing times. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, we recommend checking first with your bank or credit card company. Sometimes it takes a while for refunds to be officially posted. If the funds are not held by your bank or credit card company, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

We do not offer shipping services within Armenia, where our manufacturing facility is located. However, we warmly invite those interested in purchasing our pens to visit Pen Box, our exclusive retail partner in Armenia.
